Shipping

  • We do not charge for shipping!
  • Once order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping preparation.  Do note that shipping time does not include processing time.

  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Your parcel will take up to 5-20 days to arrive for most U.S. orders and up to 25 days for International orders.

  • If your order consists of multiple items, do expect the order to be shipped to you in one or more parcels separately.

  • We have the latest shipping update for you — due to supply chain issues, please expect up to 1 week delay in fulfillment for orders placed after 21 January 2022.

  • If you received a product that is damaged or is defective—we would gladly offer a replacement or 100% refund.
  • All goods must be inspected within 30 days upon collection or delivery.  You should notify and contact us within 30 days with issues regarding damage or defect.
  • Notification of defects, damage must include details or nature of the quality issue and should include digital photographic evidence.
  • Notification must be made in writing by email to info@homeysphere.com
  • Our customer service team will look into the issues and keep you notified of the status.
  • For lost or damaged package, or missing contents in the package that occurred upon delivery to the shipping address by the carrier or postal service, Allthingscurated will not be responsible for any of these incidents that are beyond our control.  We would advise the customers to consider having their package shipped to their office, or to a store/post office for pick up if no one is available at home to receive the package.  Alternatively, customers may consider making arrangement with the local post office or courier to reschedule the delivery at a time convenient to them.
